YOUR TASKS:
- As a manager responsible for the areas of scheduling and drivers
- Budget responsibility for the complete transport area
- Regular meetings and employee discussions
- Ensuring all task-related, legal regulations, as well as the necessary documentation requirements
- Acquisition of new customers, customer care and contact maintenance, as well as the expansion of existing customers
- Selection, negotiation and implementation of new transport customers and service providers
- Compliance / control and participation in quality management
- Constant exchange and communication with other areas of the group of companies
- Direct reporting to the management of the group of companies
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies / training in the field of transportation or logistics / similar qualifications in this area.
- Several years of professional experience in the forwarding industry
- Experienced intrinsically motivated manager, with active and successful leadership skills
- Management experience in the areas of fleet and transport
- Customer and service-oriented approach with a commercial focus
- Open to new business ideas and innovative solutions
- Confident knowledge of English (good knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Knowledge of the international transport industry and expert knowledge of international transport modalities
- Sensitivity and open-mindedness in dealing with different cultures
- Goal-oriented, resilient and strong implementation skills
- Structured work and very good communication skills
